As you step into the Mayfield III in Wild Blue at Waterside, you are greeted by a patterned inset of rich taupe European White oak flooring that is carried throughout the home. The oak flooring merges with a polished Bianco tile in the secondary spaces such as the Master and Guest Bathrooms.

Backlit floating walnut beams were designed to add detail to the tray ceilings and bring ambiance to the room. Contrast was achieved with the use of soft tones throughout the home. They were then combined with a hint of drama in the dark finished lighting and furniture accents. With a color palette of soft taupes, whites, grays and misty greens, relaxation begins. Soft textures and prints were selected to bring in a coastal tropical vibe to be enhanced in the art and accessories. Tongue and groove planking were placed in the kitchen on the hood and knee wall for added charm and texture.

A principal key to creating a relaxed coastal feel to the overall design was to design an open concept, perfect for entertaining and to include the outdoor living. Simple yet elegant describes the style design influenced by natures beauty narrowing the gap between the indoor and outdoor.
